Hi I am Ankit Jha

Hello, I'm Ankit Jha, a Lead Data Scientist currently working with Delta Airlines, where I focus on

creating meaningful customer experience insights
valuable forecasts for customer behavior and
developing churn, risk forecasts and targetting initiatives for Delta cobrand cards

On the side I am building- AiPivot - a host of AI Micro SaaS companies and Generative AI implementation experiences for unconventional enterprises.

M.Tech in AI and Data Science from IIT Patna (2022- 2024)
B.Tech in Computer Science (Gold Medal) from SOA University, Bhubaneswar (2016-2020)

My professional journey insofar:

Deutsche Telekom Germany (Data Scientist) (2022- 2024) - Launching AI contact center initiatives globally.
ZS Associates (Data Scientist) (2020- 2022) - Creating AutoML products from scratch. Worked with top pharma companies to automate drug launches.
Informatica (Now Salesforece) (Intern + NLP Engineer) (2019-2020) - Developed GenAI based enterprise customer support in 2019.

Beyond my work, I'm deeply passionate about:

Mathematics - Computational differential equations, thermodynaics, abstract algebra.
Machine Learning and Deep Learning - Causal Machine Learning and caliberated decision models.
Generative AI and emerging technologies - I have worked with GenAI since 2019 and helped develop Deutsche Telekom Germany (and T Mobile)'s AI contact center that services thousands of requests a day
Coding in C++ and GPU programming with CUDA and machine learning focussed software engineering.

Beyond my work, I've also:

Founded techx.ai- Was in the founding team of Harvard faculty lead techx.ai (ex: univ.ai). Taught ML fundamentals to 2500 under privileged students.
Onengine facilities director - consulted with a $500 Million facilities management company and helped them offload a 25,000 workforce contact center to AI.
Guest faculty- Taught in many colleges from IITs/ NITs to B Schools and enabled students to build using Generative AI.

Further beyond work I

Travel - for culture, food and God. I have travelled to every state and union territory in India and over 10 countries
Write - Wrote several short and big films as a hobby. I do theatre poetry and screenplays infrequently
Fight - I am trained in combat sports, pistol shooting and horse riding.
